Peder Stampe
CEO & Partner
Peder Stampe has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing and property investment. Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise in transaction management, capital structuring, project financing and the management of large property portfolios.
Most recently, Peder has run his own consultancy, helping property companies across the full CFO function.
His experience includes Koncenton, where as Commercial Director he held overall responsibility for financing, investor relations, finance, construction follow-up and exit processes. He was involved in approximately 70 property transactions with a total value exceeding DKK 11 billion, as well as more than 50 completed closings worth around DKK 7.5 billion.
Peder has previously served as Finance Director at Olav de Linde, CFO at GMB Ejendomme, and worked in audit and advisory roles at Deloitte and Brandt Revision.

Henrik Øst Andersson

Henrik Øst Andersson has more than 20 years of experience in wealth management, investment strategy, private banking and property investments. His expertise spans advising high-net-worth clients, capital structuring, transaction work and long-term value creation.
Henrik has previously been a client director at a recognised asset manager, advising high-net-worth clients on independent wealth management and exclusive investment opportunities. He has also worked as a client director in a Family Office, focusing on impartial advice and a consolidated overview across asset classes.
At Koncenton, Henrik held senior roles as Investment Director, Head of Investments and Investment Consultant. He worked with acquisitions, investor relations, sales strategy, client care, leadership and investment in Danish rental properties.
Henrik has also advised banks’ most affluent clients at Ringkjøbing Landbobank and Sydbank.

Peter has spent his entire career building, acquiring, operating and selling his own businesses. One of these is the property company Koncenton A/S, founded in 2015. He served as CEO for many years, and its record year in 2021 made waves across the industry. “As Chairman of WeDoDenmark A/S, my key responsibilities will be to attract international investors, build networks with partners and accelerate the company.”
